We made our first video for your nervous system!

“The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.” – Alan Watts

WE are plunging in to join the dance ….
We spontaneously recorded our first video yesterday, as Sonia arrived for a massage. It turned out to be quite a low resolution video, but we had so much fun with this, and it flowed so easily in one ‘take’, that we couldn’t not share it with you.  Our video quality will improve. We promise 🙂

Imperfections aside, we hope the content of the video gives you a taste of what’s to come, and some useful breathing techniques that you can use anywhere, and do with your loved ones at home regularly.

We have to find (and share) ways to keep calm in these C-R -A-Z-Y times, right?

Today’s Exquisite Self-Care Tips For Your Nervous System:
We share two short breathing exercises to improve your breathing, and calm your nerves.
We must breathe properly to keep our lungs healthy!

Experience some of this today….join Sonia for a Virtual  Breath-Centered Yoga Class later today. See details below.

Here’s the video. Enjoy.
And please give us your feedback on the content (not the video quality) and let us know if you have questions or ideas for things you might like us to discuss.  We have a very long list of ideas and can’t wait to share them with you.
