About the Aloha Flow Journey

“Where there is flow there is health”.

Imagine for a moment, that your body feels soft and flexible and your mind feels alert, yet calm, finding creative solutions to problems with ease.

Imagine you have boundless vitality and enthusiasm to move through each day of your life with ease and grace, physically and mentally, ending (or beginning) each day with a deep, restorative sleep.

Imagine thinking about yourself as a creative being and taking moments to breathe and notice that you love your life because you feel strong, flexible, fluid and radiant, in harmony with life and all beings, the land, the sky, the air that you breathe, and all people.

This is what it feels like to be living ‘in the flow’.

To be “in flow”, we need to be living authentically, in a state of aloha, and allowing our True Creativity to flow.
To be “in flow”, we need to clear out the things that cause stagnation, the boulders and logs that stop the water (life force) flowing… and soften….

… because when we acknowledge there’s a block, and clear out the blockages in our bodies and energetic system, we create the space to be filled up with more love and creativity. Then we are able to be “in flow ” with our selves, with life, with our purpose and our loved ones. We will have more energy to find creative solutions to problems, and put more focus into creating a world of love and flow, harmony and peace – for everyone.

The sensation of flow begins in our bodies. We can feel it stagnate when our bodies get rigid and contracted, and our breathing gets shallow. The world seems to close in, and our minds narrow to seeing only limitations. When we can begin to unlock these contractions in the physical body, everything else seems to open up. As our breath deepens and our limbs get more mobility, our strength increases, flow begins, and life begins to look a whole lot brighter.

For me, being in a state of flow means that I can respond to life’s challenges with more fluidity, openness and awareness. I can ride the waves that are in front of me with ease and grace. And I get to know myself. I get to live in harmony, in the spirit of aloha.

Find your flow…

At Aloha Flow, always working with the spirit of aloha, I help people who are tired, stressed, overwhelmed, or in pain to have an experience of very deep rest so that their bodies can begin to heal on the cellular and nervous system level, and they get to live a life of flow, with less pain and more ease, in body, mind and spirit.

I invite you to reconnect with a deeper wisdom that is locked inside your cells. The massage and bodywork that I provide, based on the Hawaiian healing art of Lomi Lomi, and imbued with aloha, aims to release the busy chatter in your mind, by overwhelming the conscious mind with a sensory experience that will take you into a very deep place of rest (the delta state – deeper than sleep). In this deep state of rest, the body and the subconscious mind can begin to do what they do best – release toxicity and tension, and heal from the inside out. Flow begins to open up on a cellular level, releasing the blockages and increasing circulation, lymph flow, breath and hydration of the connective tissue throughout the body. When flow begins to happen in your body, it will open up in your mind, your heart and in your life too.

You will feel that you have ‘come home’ to yourself.

I offer Hawaiian Lomi Lomi in the form of Temple Style Lomi as well as Intuitive Creativity Practices at InFlowPainting to give you the opportunity to come home to your body and meet your soul.

It’s an ongoing journey of self discovery and learning.
It’s a wonderful thing, to meet your self, to be in flow.

I look forward to flowing with you on your journey,

Ua mau ke o ka’aina I ka pono.  “The very life breath and spirit of the land endures forever in right relationship with people and all living things..”

Aloha and welcome home,
